Well I tried to give them business, but I don't think they're interested. I originally called in October to get an estimate for a large AC installation this winter, Joe finally came out in early November and said he would send one right over. It's now over four weeks later and I've called multiple times and emailed and still zero estimate in hand. I keep being told "They'll let him know". They're either that busy or just don't want my business, which is fine, plenty of other installers around. I'm not going to spend months chasing them and already waiting a month for an estimate is pretty ridiculous. So, if you're looking to get a large AC job done, you might want to look elsewhere because they seem pretty unreliable.
We finally converted from oil to gas! Climate Plus meticulously maintained our ancient, original oil furnace for about 17 years. Joe reviewed our options for natural gas and explained everything to us thoroughly. Our new unit went in yesterday and we are so pleased with the results already. The crew was punctual and professional. We could not ask for a better experience!
They were able to repair my heating sysytem so we had heat and installed a honeywell T9 thermostat with sensors. The new thermostat helps keep the temperature regulated through out the house.

We have been paying for years for annual maintenance on our a/c system and somehow this company "forgot" to come this spring and the consequence was we had to pay a $2000 repair bill to another company because the freon line froze and created a major leak in our attic. Also, they used to have 24/7 service and now only have daytime service, which is why we had to call another company and pay $2000 at 10 p.m. Very disappointed.

I did a whole house renovation. Climate Plus did all of the HVAC, including great problem-solving. Three years later, they installed an new burner and water tank when I converted to gas. They are always highly communicative, on time, clean, considerate, and of the highest integrity.
I called five area businesses and they could not do repairs or appointments for new customers until June 10th or 13th. This was way too far away and so thankfully, the technician I got (Gini) was willing to come after her shift to help us out. My wife and I are beyond grateful because we have two young kids under 2 at home and the house was well over 80 degrees.She quickly diagnosed the issue, told me what to expect price wise and quickly worked to resolve the issue. We are certainly thankful and happy that our A/C system is working perfectly!
A while back, Climate Plus came to diagnose my heating unit and took over a month for them to even get back to me. I have emails as proof. And when they did, they recommended a Trane Unit Replacement for roughly $12,000 in their proposal. Needless to say, I passed on that high price.Tried a different HVAC company called JLM Mechanical Services who also diagnosed the same issue and got back to me in a couple of days. Their cost for the Trane Unit Replacement was $9,000 in their proposal.Now I have a new system that has been working perfectly while saving around $3,000. What a joke!
Joe and his team are not only outstanding heating and air conditioning contractors they are the nicest, most honest guys I have ever worked with. They went above and beyond to replace my furnace so I had heat this Winter. I will only use Joe and his team from now on!

This is an honest and reputable company. I bought a home and the previous owner's had used them to intall a central air system witch needed to be re-pitched. They hounerd their warranty/work and did the necessary re-pitch without making any excuses or the typical b.s. you get from some .... I highly recommend them and will always call them 1st going forward.... p.s. pseg worry free people were no where near as professional or knowledgeable. Was very happy to get appointment on same day Icalled after storm Ida. Service was on time and efficiently done. They were able to replace the sump pump that day and came the next to replace water heater
Climate Plus is responsive, and had two presentable, knowledgeable technicians at our store on time. A manager even called the following day to make sure we were satisfied with the visit. A great company with a very professional staff.
Wonderful staff and knowledgeable onsite guys who were more than patient with the incredibly old unit in my house. I've been told by multiple places it had to just be replaced but Climate Plus found a way to save it and at a reasonable cost. 100% recommend them.
They kept postponing my appointment. They were way to expensive, After putting the duct work in the wrong place they had to take it out and redo it. I had to go over their work and seal up most of the seams where air ws coming out of. The vent cover they put on upside down, I had to take them out and turn them over.

Called for replacement of water heater. They listened to my needs and gave me a quote with three different options. Once I settled, i was scheduled. The work was installed by professional technicians, with all questions answered. Received a follow up call the next day. Wouldn’t hesitate to use in the future.

Got them in to connect up a C wire for my new thermostat. Despite my house's funny wiring they hooked up a C wire to my furnace without any issues. Plus they also mounted the mounting hardware for the thermostat.

Joe came out on a Sunday, two days before Christmas eve, because our boiler went on us. My wife is currently pregnant and we have my Mom and our two boys (2.5 years old and 15 months) in our home. Joe was honest and we were able to work out a good deal. He even provided us with electric heaters until his team could come out and replace the boiler the next day. His team (inclusive of Brian Barbosa, who previously serviced our boiler) was able to provide and install a replacement the next day.
