Cozee Club Plan

The Cozee Club Plan is a great option for homeowners who want added protection and savings without including annual HVAC maintenance. Membership includes priority service, annual service reminders, standard air filter replacement using a customer-supplied filter, condenser coil cleaning, water heater flushing and inspection for standard tank-style water heaters, and a visual plumbing inspection. Monthly payment options are available. To maintain all membership benefits, the plan must remain active and uninterrupted, and the system must be inspected annually.

Climate Plus Family Plan

The Climate Plus Family Plan includes everything in the Cozee Club Plan, plus annual heating and/or air conditioning maintenance and enhanced system care. Additional services in-place evaporator coil cleaning if needed, condensate pan treatment, and one annual dryer vent cleaning for lower-level dryers. Monthly payment options are available. To maintain all membership benefits and continue accruing the annual replacement credit, the membership plan must remain active and uninterrupted, and the equipment must be inspected annually.
