Arrived on site for no cooling,
Condenser and air handler fan were on, condenser compressor was off. Checked capacitor. capacitor was no good.
Changed capacitor.
Compressor and condenser ran normally.
Air handler started pushing cold air.
Received a call that the unit that serves the apartment for Alexander House was not cooling, upon arrival I noted that the condenser was not running but the air handler is and the thermostat is calling for cooling. I confirm that the circuit breaker is on and checked power at the disconnect, the disconnect has power going in and out of it. I traced the power to the generac switch and found that the contactor is not pulling in all the way disconnecting the power to the condenser. I bypassed the contactor in the generac box to get the unit running and we informed the electrician that he will need to replace the generac box. The unit is operating at this time.

Customer estimates unit being 15 to 20 years old.
checked out evaporator coils and blower fan, everything looks good.
Unplugged condenser disconnected to wash down condenser with chemical and water.
After washing condenser, plugged disconnect back in, powered on normally.
Checked voltage and amps, everything is good.
Capacitor looks old and rusted out.
Customer decided not to change today.
Checked pressures, pressures were fine.
Gave Customer updated status of unit,
Customer acknowledged and signed off.
Arrived upon arrival,
Unit is 3 years old.
condenser's compressor was not running. Air handler running all day.
Checked for voltage and amps on contactor. Everything good.
Checked turbo cap, read 40/5.
Replaced turbo boost.
Compressor ran normally.
Unit was cooling. Subcooling was low.
Recharged 9 ounces of r410.
All pressures, and reading were perfect.
Upon arrivals found boiler not heating. Found flu was an attached reattached flu screwed it in. Also found hot surf signator cracked on boiler replaced hot surface igniter. Everything is operational at this time.
Cleaned condenser with chemical and water.
Scrubbed the top side of condenser.
Greeted customer apon arrival.
Customer lead me to air handler in attic.
Customer stated no issues with unit as of late.
Unit was already on, calling for cooling.
Leak was detected at evaporator condensation pan P-trap.
Joint became loose over time.
Primed joints and cemented it together.
No leak detected after solution.
Condenser was running normally.
Unplugged condenser, washed down with chemical and water.
Plugged condenser back in, powered back on.
Greeted customer upon arrival.
Customer called for no cooling.
Custome turned on thermostat to cooling upon my arrival.
I Inserted temp probes into supply and return.
Got delta t of 18.3
Condenser started immediately after turning on cooling.
No issues were found.
Checked pressures. Unit was fine.
Greeted customer upon arrival.
Customer lead me to air handler.
Inside of air handler, was covered with bacterial growth.
Sprayed non rinse chemical cleaner.
Changed filter.
Went outside and used portable compressor to clean out dryer vent.
Unit calling for cooling. Went to check on condenser. Condenser was on.
Washed down unit with chemical and water.
Powered on condenser and checked pressures.
Pressures were good.
Upon arrivals found boiler not heating. Found flu was an attached reattached flu screwed it in. Also found hot surf signator cracked on boiler replaced hot surface igniter. Everything is operational at this time.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 2 systems. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Chemically Cleaned outside coils on Lennox unit. And rinse clean the ductless system coil.
Install new system.
Arrived onsite for no cooling service call on second floor system. Homeowner turned thermostat down. Heard inside unit come in. Outside condenser did not come on. Performed diagnostic. Did not measure any voltages to the system. Had the homeowner check the circuit breaker which was tripped the condenser. Confirmed operation, measured amps at 9. Measured 410a pressures at 110/240. System is cooling. Observed green dye on the service valves. Homeowner has no recollection of recharging the system or anyone adding dye to the system.
We will diagnose the system to determine what type of additional work or repairs is necessary to restore the system back to proper working conditions.
Seasonal maintenance for (1) water cooled self contained heat pump up to 5 ton cooling capacity,
Includes replacing of standard fiberglass air filter (pleated higher performance filters can be added at an additional cost) , includes replacing blower belt (if applicable), grease or oil bearings, clean the condensate drain line, confirm operation of water flow through the condenser, check operation of all safety devices, check operation of operating controls, check all motors, compressor and refrigerant charge, visual inspection of the duct system.
Great customers upon arrival. Customer let me to a dryer. Driver is on the roof, pretty Steep and slippery, rainy day. Clean dryer from the inside with portable compressor all the wind. Noticed that the dryer connection to the event was pretty flimsy, didn't have anything to make it better. Made sure dryer was connected to the vent Place dryer back to how it was dryer cleaning successful.

Arrived onsite for no ac service call. Upon arrival found significant amount of high voltage burnt wiring and fittings. Voltage distribution system burnt along with the voltage enhancement system and voltage assist system. Performed silver repair on the condenser electrical faults. Provided warranty for Turbo capacity. Waived diagnostic fee as customer chose repair. Confirmed operation of the system however informed customer that there is a good chance the system will burn up again.
Arrived onsite for no cooling service call. Upon arrival confirmed onside air handler is blowing air. Not recommending leak test due to age and lack of refrigerant. Recommend upgrading ac system. Will provide pricing.

It appears as if the condenser coil was not cleaned when they had their maintenance performed by a different company a few weeks back, we will send a maintenance tech back to clean the coil for her at no charge. Overall the system is operating and cooling properly, it is older but appears to be in good condition at this time. I do not believe that they are in need of a new system at this time.

Found the system low on R22 refrigerant which is phased out. System may also have an issue with the metering device. Currently not measuring any temperature drop, Recommend updating the system. Will provide an estimate for when she is ready.

I highly recommend Climate Plus! I had an emergency situation Sunday evening and had to shut our furnace down. I called Climate Plus Monday and they assured me someone would come that same day. Joe came around 3:30 and was wonderful! He cleaned our dilapidated furnace for 3 hours. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and what we need to do going forward.
I will say, I called another local company first and left a message. It is now 3 days later and they still have not returned my call.
