Truly my first time with this company with higher expectations compared from my previous. I'm used to people coming in uniform with shoe cover and bringing their own tools all ready before they ring the doorbell and clipboard with checklist.. but this guy have none..started asking my husband for stuff or tools and we expect him to explain while my husband was observing him .. but nevertheless he did his stuff but just bit different from what i have seen others do for yearly maintenance and cleaning...no receipt or checklists left so i have no idea what was done or what happened...bit disappointed 🤔
In the blazing heat, they came so quickly, I didn't notice the temperature difference. Same day service with an experienced tech and no crazy costs involved.

Well I tried to give them business, but I don't think they're interested. I originally called in October to get an estimate for a large AC installation this winter, Joe finally came out in early November and said he would send one right over. It's now over four weeks later and I've called multiple times and emailed and still zero estimate in hand. I keep being told "They'll let him know". They're either that busy or just don't want my business, which is fine, plenty of other installers around. I'm not going to spend months chasing them and already waiting a month for an estimate is pretty ridiculous. So, if you're looking to get a large AC job done, you might want to look elsewhere because they seem pretty unreliable.Edit: They did eventually reach back out to me, but at that point I had already decided to go with a different company as it had been two months since I started looking to kick off my project.
We finally converted from oil to gas! Climate Plus meticulously maintained our ancient, original oil furnace for about 17 years. Joe reviewed our options for natural gas and explained everything to us thoroughly. Our new unit went in yesterday and we are so pleased with the results already. The crew was punctual and professional. We could not ask for a better experience!
They were able to repair my heating sysytem so we had heat and installed a honeywell T9 thermostat with sensors. The new thermostat helps keep the temperature regulated through out the house.

We have been paying for years for annual maintenance on our a/c system and somehow this company "forgot" to come this spring and the consequence was we had to pay a $2000 repair bill to another company because the freon line froze and created a major leak in our attic. Also, they used to have 24/7 service and now only have daytime service, which is why we had to call another company and pay $2000 at 10 p.m. Very disappointed.

I did a whole house renovation. Climate Plus did all of the HVAC, including great problem-solving. Three years later, they installed an new burner and water tank when I converted to gas. They are always highly communicative, on time, clean, considerate, and of the highest integrity.
I called five area businesses and they could not do repairs or appointments for new customers until June 10th or 13th. This was way too far away and so thankfully, the technician I got (Gini) was willing to come after her shift to help us out. My wife and I are beyond grateful because we have two young kids under 2 at home and the house was well over 80 degrees.She quickly diagnosed the issue, told me what to expect price wise and quickly worked to resolve the issue. We are certainly thankful and happy that our A/C system is working perfectly!
A while back, Climate Plus came to diagnose my heating unit and took over a month for them to even get back to me. I have emails as proof. And when they did, they recommended a Trane Unit Replacement for roughly $12,000 in their proposal. Needless to say, I passed on that high price.Tried a different HVAC company called JLM Mechanical Services who also diagnosed the same issue and got back to me in a couple of days. Their cost for the Trane Unit Replacement was $9,000 in their proposal.Now I have a new system that has been working perfectly while saving around $3,000. What a joke!
We have been very pleased with Climate Plus. Their office staff is polite and helpful. Their service staff is knowledgeable and professional. AND, they are very conscious of "putting on their work booties" and their masks to ensure a safe and clean visit. We definitely recommend them..
