They were able to repair my heating sysytem so we had heat and installed a honeywell T9 thermostat with sensors. The new thermostat helps keep the temperature regulated through out the house.

I did a whole house renovation. Climate Plus did all of the HVAC, including great problem-solving. Three years later, they installed an new burner and water tank when I converted to gas. They are always highly communicative, on time, clean, considerate, and of the highest integrity.

I called five area businesses and they could not do repairs or appointments for new customers until June 10th or 13th. This was way too far away and so thankfully, the technician I got (Gini) was willing to come after her shift to help us out. My wife and I are beyond grateful because we have two young kids under 2 at home and the house was well over 80 degrees.She quickly diagnosed the issue, told me what to expect price wise and quickly worked to resolve the issue. We are certainly thankful and happy that our A/C system is working perfectly!

Joe Cascone and Climate Plus did a wonderful job on our furnace. They replaced our 30+ year-old boiler with a new one that is quieter, more efficient, and more compact than our old one. Joe and Alicia are very friendly and knowledgeable; they take the time to answer your questions. The entire process is streamlined, timely, and professional. Excellent service; highly recommend.

This is an honest and reputable company. I bought a home and the previous owner's had used them to intall a central air system witch needed to be re-pitched. They hounerd their warranty/work and did the necessary re-pitch without making any excuses or the typical b.s. you get from some .... I highly recommend them and will always call them 1st going forward.... p.s. pseg worry free people were no where near as professional or knowledgeable. Thanks Climate plus you deserve the 5 star rating for your quality customer care !!!

Was very happy to get appointment on same day Icalled after storm Ida. Service was on time and efficiently done. They were able to replace the sump pump that day and came the next to replace water heater

Wonderful staff and knowledgeable onsite guys who were more than patient with the incredibly old unit in my house. I've been told by multiple places it had to just be replaced but Climate Plus found a way to save it and at a reasonable cost. 100% recommend them.

Called for replacement of water heater. They listened to my needs and gave me a quote with three different options. Once I settled, i was scheduled. The work was installed by professional technicians, with all questions answered. Received a follow up call the next day. Wouldn’t hesitate to use in the future.

Joe and his crew were on time, professional, neat and efficient in their work. I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome of the installation of a new oil to gas conversion of my furnace. Joe had the old furnace out and the new one up and running the same day. He explained everything that was going to be done ahead of time so there were no surprises in the end. Got them in to connect up a C wire for my new thermostat. Despite my house's funny wiring they hooked up a C wire to my furnace without any issues. Plus they also mounted the mounting hardware for the thermostat.

Robal’s customer service is one of the best... I’ve been with the company for years and he is always quick to respond and very helpful in scheduling an appointment. The service techs are thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. We have a complicated system and I feel confident in calling whenever there’s an issue that it will be resolved. During a routine maintenance, Joey even easily fixed an issue with the radiant floor hearing I had mentioned, but didn’t think could be fixed. On another call, Brian and Gini quickly and correctly pinpointed the problem I was having with a noisy return grate. And Gini also found and resolved a heat issue that was exclusive to just my son’s room SO quickly and fixed it in minutes!

Joe came out on a Sunday, two days before Christmas eve, because our boiler went on us. My wife is currently pregnant and we have my Mom and our two boys (2.5 years old and 15 months) in our home. Joe was honest and we were able to work out a good deal. He even provided us with electric heaters until his team could come out and replace the boiler the next day. His team (inclusive of Brian Barbosa, who previously serviced our boiler) was able to provide and install a replacement the next day. I could not be more grateful for their work, especially on an emergent basis and near major holidays. Thank you!
