When scheduling, customer mentioned that we never came back with filter from install- Which seems to be 20x20 going by notes. She mentioned that she does not want the filter that goes into the machine, she wants the one that "goes into the house." she referred to it as "custom". She also mentioned that we were supposed to come back with a new fan for the attic and never did. Please make sure that customer receives a text message when you are on the way.
