9-11 Arrival; Customer reporting that cooling system was not working properly towards the end of last season, they are not sure if it is just a maintenance that they need, said he kept getting "high humidity" readings. Customer reports two systems but it sounds like he's not 100% sure that it's not just one system. There is no information in HCP/SF about his unit/s. Made customer aware of diagnostic fee, I do not have filter information for this customer if the maintenance needs to be completed.

8-9:30 Arrival (gave you an extra 30 minutes because Mahwah and she couldn't do a Tuesday) ; Cozee Club 1C- Maintenance. Customer said that she will have filter on site. Customer also mentioned she was concerned that her ductwork might be ripped in the attic, but wasn't sure, I told her that we could take a quick look at it day of maintenance and we can schedule a separate diagnostic visit for her if we don't have time to deal with it day of.
