Late Day Arrival; No specific time given- Comfort Club 1H- Customer reporting furnace keeps turning on and off. Also he sets thermostat to 70 degrees and its at 68 within an hour. According to system unit was installed 9/16/2021. He mentioned that he is curious about warranty information on the unit. Made customer aware of diagnostic fee UPDATE: We seemingly had an issue with upstairs not coming to temp.
