8-9 am Arrival; EPP 3C- Maintenance. Customer is aware that Joe will be meeting Cole there. Filter information on file is confusing, 10/2022 lists 16x25x1 as attic filter, and 16x25x4 as one of the basement units and nothing else. In 10/2023 Attic is listed as 16x25x4 and then nothing else. I did not feel comfortable telling the customer to order filters when I can't confirm exactly what we need so we may need to pick these up after first checking the office. 8-9 AM Arrival; EPP 2C Seasonal Maintenance/Start up. System replaced last August. Customer mentioned that they just replaced their filters so no filters are necessary for this job.

After 12 Arrival; Customer reporting heat not coming to temp. on 2nd floor. Customer mentioned dampers need to be adjusted and maintenance has not been completed in some time. Customer is aware of Diagnostic + repairs Separately, she mentioned needing the whole HVAC system design details/paperwork/calculations from our install, I told her we likely won't be able to get this over today, but that I'd mention it to Joe.
