Jack just did a service at my house and figured out what was wrong with my older boiler. He is polite, professional, very capable and friendly. He was patient with my questions and I was very comfortable with him being in my house with me alone. I have been using Climate Plus for my HVAC needs since 2007 and they have the best techs and admin support. I also find their pricing to be very fair. Highly recommend.

So glad we were able to find this company. Very helpful, courteous, and and knowledgeable from the office manager to the service person. Can't tank Joe enough for showing up on Friday afternoon and getting us back to having the heat and hot water for the weekend. I recommend Joe's company to anyone that has struggled with quality and knowledge base of other service providers. Signed up for the annual maintenance plan and looking forward to having a piece of mind with Joe's business.

A great experience today, we woke up with no heat, called Climate Plus and fortunately they had Jack, our service person, close by. He came to the house, evaluated the problem, went out to secure the correct part, came back to the house, put on his booties and quickly replaced the part and had the heat pumping. 100% satisfied from start to finish. We highly recommend Climate Plus and their service person.

We finally converted from oil to gas! Climate Plus meticulously maintained our ancient, original oil furnace for about 17 years. Joe reviewed our options for natural gas and explained everything to us thoroughly. Our new unit went in yesterday and we are so pleased with the results already. The crew was punctual and professional. We could not ask for a better experience!

They were able to repair my heating sysytem so we had heat and installed a honeywell T9 thermostat with sensors. The new thermostat helps keep the temperature regulated through out the house.
