A great experience today, we woke up with no heat, called Climate Plus and fortunately they had Jack, our service person, close by. He came to the house, evaluated the problem, went out to secure the correct part, came back to the house, put on his booties and quickly replaced the part and had the heat pumping. 100% satisfied from start to finish. We highly recommend Climate Plus and their service person.
After a horrible HVAC experience over the weekend I went and did some research for a new company to come and diagnose my unit. I figured with the high temps coming I would have to wait and as much as I didn’t want to I accepted that but once I called Climate Plus I felt like their only customer.The minute Samantha answered the phone it was nothing but professionalism which continued until Joe left my residence.They were able to work around my hectic schedule and got my air up & running the same day. Climate Plus installed a new a/c system for us. They were very helpful and informative from the beginning to the end. Joe was very knowledgeable and personable. He taught us a lot as did Jack on his follow up visit. It was a very nice experience. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful. The installation went great. Jerry and his team worked very well together. They all knew what they had to do, like a well oiled machine. Jerry, Codi, Allison and the rest of the Climate Plus completed the propane to natural gas conversion in my house. The home improvement project entailed gas piping installation, a new water heater installation, furnace and clothes dryer natural gas conversions, gas line connection to pool water heater and a barbecue grill gas connection. Gas conversions can be quite intricate, but it seems they navigated the tasks effortlessly and went the extra mile to ensure everything was top notch. I am very happy with the results of my home improvement project, the Climate Plus team has been superb. The crew did a great job installing our heating system. They were very careful to make sure no dirt was tracked into the house. They cleaned up thoroughly after they finished and were careful of our pets too.

Found Climate Plus through Coleman customer support when our usual HVAC company could not fix a chronic issue with our Coleman furnace. Everyone at CP is knowledgeable, professional and 100% customer service focused. We now have a quiet, safe and efficient furnace with a warrantee that can be transferred if we sell the house. And they made sure we didn't go without heat for a minute. They will be our HVAC support going forward!
I highly recommend Climate Plus! I had an emergency situation Sunday evening and had to shut our furnace down. I called Climate Plus Monday and they assured me someone would come that same day. Joe came around 3:30 and was wonderful! He cleaned our dilapidated furnace for 3 hours. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and what we need to do going forward.I will say, I called another local company first and left a message. It is now 3 days later and they still have not returned my call.I am so glad Sam, in the office at Climate Plus, answered the phone and assured me of service. Our heat went out on Friday night and we woke up to a chilly house on Saturday morning. I called Climate Plus early on Saturday morning, left a message then Joe called back shortly after. He came to your house within a few hours, diagnosed and solved the issue. In 2025, you cannot ask for better service than that!
