He was nice friendly, and though he wasn’t able to fix my present situation, he was professional and did his job and he promises to get the problem fixed and escalated to the proper channels all in all very professional service, though my problem wasn’t fixed due to the fact that he needed to be escalated
We have been using Climate Plus for many years. Technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. Had our 25yr old furnace and new digital thermostat replaced recently and was very happy with the quick and neat job JOE and his crew did. Would highly recommend for all heating and A/C

The crew did a great job installing our heating system. They were very careful to make sure no dirt was tracked into the house. They cleaned up thoroughly after they finished and were careful of our pets too.

The tech, Pedro, who came to my house last evening,to fix my heat was thorough, professional and outgoing. He worked on my system until he got it running after a while bit he didn't quit until he got it working again. Climate Plus is a great company and I would recommend them always.
Technician arrived with the wrong size materials to insulate the pipes. He was to arrive at a particular time to ensure the renter could get to work, and to go back and retrive the correct size would have taken over 90 minutes which was not possible for the occupant. The tech then suggested a work around and double wrapping where possible. Overall, the experience was not good.
Jack arrived on time, did a thorough cleaning and maintenance of my 12 year old propane furnace and made me aware of various repairs/replacement options.

Climate Plus came to the rescue by sending a tech out in a very timely manner to fix and issue with our heating system. Everything was covered under warranty and Jack was friendly and professional.
