We have been using Climate Plus for many years. Technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. Had our 25yr old furnace and new digital thermostat replaced recently and was very happy with the quick and neat job JOE and his crew did. Would highly recommend for all heating and A/C
The crew did a great job installing our heating system. They were very careful to make sure no dirt was tracked into the house. They cleaned up thoroughly after they finished and were careful of our pets too.
Every time these guys come for “maintenance” we end up with new issues. They came for an annual checkup yesterday when things were working fine. This morning we have no heat. This is literally the FIFTH time they’ve created new problems for us and left us worse off than we were. We’re having a big holiday party tonight which we’ll likely have to cancel. Same thing has happened with A/C maintenance. They are quite literally value diminishing.
Once again, Jack Boston did a phenomenal job, he was extremely professional and courteous, and had a wealth of knowledge on our NTI Combi boiler. Thank you for your excellent service!
The tech, Pedro, who came to my house last evening,to fix my heat was thorough, professional and outgoing. He worked on my system until he got it running after a while bit he didn't quit until he got it working again. Climate Plus is a great company and I would recommend them always.
Technician arrived with the wrong size materials to insulate the pipes. He was to arrive at a particular time to ensure the renter could get to work, and to go back and retrive the correct size would have taken over 90 minutes which was not possible for the occupant. The tech then suggested a work around and double wrapping where possible. Overall, the experience was not good.
Joe the owner is great, his technicians are always professional and very knowledgeable. They are always on time and efficient. The girls in the office are very helpful and friendly.
The work was completed by very professional technicians , who explained every to the fullest and answered any of my questions. These employees are an asset to the company.

Our heat went out on Friday night and we woke up to a chilly house on Saturday morning. I called Climate Plus early on Saturday morning, left a message then Joe called back shortly after. He came to your house within a few hours, diagnosed and solved the issue. In 2025, you cannot ask for better service than that!

I chose Climate Plus, LLC to replace my broken 10 years old AC. Jack spent quality time explaining me the different options of the AC products which helps me of making an informed decision among the various choices I considered. It helps me justifying the price point when considering the long term benefit of product such as energy savings, wear and tear implication of the equipment based on the type/ engineering perspective, filtration efficiency. Their team who came in for the installation did a clean and nice job, and efficiently complete the job in the same day. All in all, quality product and quality installation.

They replaced the condenser on our HVAC system and went above and beyond in every aspect as it was hard to even get return phone calls from others. They took time to check the warranty on the existing unit and discovered it was still covered. The installation was done efficiently and professionally. I've been a long standing customer of Climate Plus. I always recommend them for their honesty & impeccable work ethic. They always respond as quickly as possible when an emergency occurs. We especially appreciate working with Jack Boston. He is not only professional but also compassionate and committed to assisting us to meet our needs in the best possible manner.
They came to my house the next day after calling them. I had water on the floor we figured it was from the condensation tray. But they sent an inexperienced person, he could not take to cover off of my AC unit to inspect the tray. He did not even take the drain tube apart, he just cleaned out the end of the tube, and they called that flushing out the unit. I have a pump on the drain hose ans they drain the water out of it. And charged $265. I feel like I was over charged for a partial flush.
The technician, Jack, was very friendly and professional. He came to tune-up our air conditioning system and explained what he was doing at every step. He took pictures of the system and showed us the issues we should monitor. I would not hesitate to use Climate Plus again or to recommend them to a friend.
Joe was excellent a true professional! Unlike other technicians, he took his time thoroughly diagnosing each issue instead of rushing to a quick fix. He made thoughtful, well-explained recommendations and walked me through every step of the process. Highly recommended!
Awesome experience. They called us when someone else cancelled and even sent a text with the location of the technician. Technician was very thorough, and my wife even commented on how much better our air conditioner is working.
A great experience today, we woke up with no heat, called Climate Plus and fortunately they had Jack, our service person, close by. He came to the house, evaluated the problem, went out to secure the correct part, came back to the house, put on his booties and quickly replaced the part and had the heat pumping. 100% satisfied from start to finish. We highly recommend Climate Plus and their service person.
After a horrible HVAC experience over the weekend I went and did some research for a new company to come and diagnose my unit. I figured with the high temps coming I would have to wait and as much as I didn’t want to I accepted that but once I called Climate Plus I felt like their only customer.The minute Samantha answered the phone it was nothing but professionalism which continued until Joe left my residence.They were able to work around my hectic schedule and got my air up & running the same day. Climate Plus installed a new a/c system for us. They were very helpful and informative from the beginning to the end. Joe was very knowledgeable and personable. He taught us a lot as did Jack on his follow up visit. It was a very nice experience. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful. The installation went great. Jerry and his team worked very well together. They all knew what they had to do, like a well oiled machine.
