No arrival time given-EPP-Please make sure to send otw text- Customer reporting issue with family room zone. Says thermostat is turned down, but temp. in the house is 80 degrees and it still seems to be open, boiler is still firing. Constantly on.

Customer is waiting for the electric water heater estimate, he says he thinks it's about to go as he notices it is damp. He said it is not leaking but he notices it is sometimes damp around the area.

12-4 Arrival; EPP 1C- Maintenance. Customer said that filter will be on site
AC repair for a residential customer. The outdoor unit was inspected because it was making a loud noise. Found that the system's motor was failing. The AC system's motor was replaced to resolve the issue. The customer was pleased with the service.
10-1 Arrival; EPP 2C- Maintenance. Customer will be ordering filters.
When scheduling, customer mentioned to me that they are interested an estimate from October 3rd 2023; boiler repairs; estimate is now expired and customer was aware of the price increase that came with the new year. He would like an updated estimate, sent message to Jack asking about it. Maybe we can get this done same day, but told customer we are local so we could always schedule another day if need be
UPDATE: Joe had me create the estimate in Service Fusion honoring the old pricing that Jack gave. I attempted to contact them to make sure they received it and didn't have any questions and they didn't answer. Left message and sent text.
UPDATE 4/5: Joe spoke to Jim and said he wants additional repairs done on the boiler while we have it apart. Joe mentioned our 10% flash sale

8-9AM Arrival; EPP 1H Gas Boiler- Maintenance. Jerry went to call on 3/18 when boiler went out, Jerry fixed the issue but said the customer definitely needs a maintenance. Customer is brand new to EPP Program. 3/4 plug jerry ,mentioned bringing. "Bring 3/4 plug for gas piping and remove our gas gauge from the outside when you come and do the maintenance."

11-1 Arrival; Comfort Club 1C Maintenance- Not entirely sure filter size, 12/26/23 job says: "Need to come back and put in a 12x12 floor. Register with 12-in flex needed. 12x12x12 rear outlet floor box 12-in collar." I don't see that was done, but I wonder if that can help us with the filter size?
Newer customer, she was concerned about filters, I told her we would check it out when we get there and then change it day of if we have time, or come back another day if necessary since she's right around corner from office. Customer is aware of cost of service.
For 3/26: No arrival time given- Spoke to Steve, he said someone should be there to give us access to the attic and he will let us know if not.
