Westwood, NJ - Arrived on site for no cooling. Customer stated that the issue is when the house AC would turn on and bring the temperature down to what it said for example 72° and then it gets warmer after it shuts down the air handler will kick back on but the condenser would not. Customer would have to turn off the condenser from the breaker and the disconnect box for about 40 to 50 minutes then reconnect or turn on everything and then the connection will turn on. I checked the capacitor capacitor readings were fine, check the contactor contact the readings are fine check the Transformer readings are fine. Make sure all the wires were snug after reading everything noticed that the OTP wire was slightly off/loose. Snapped it back in and also reinforced it with electrical tape.

Allison-if you talk to her again ask about age of home 8-9am arrival- Customer says he unit is functioning properly but she has a concern that there may be a possible leak in the vent area. It is a new home, she wants to make sure everything is working properly.
