Completed comprehensive gas furnace maintenance and inspection. Performed standard tune-up procedures including cleaning burner assembly, inspecting heat exchanger for cracks, testing ignition system operation, and verifying proper flame characteristics. Responded to no cooling call on recently installed unit with non-operational fan and system failure. Upon inspection, diagnosed faulty capacitor preventing compressor and condenser fan operation. Replaced defective dual-run capacitor, verified proper electrical connections, and tested system startup sequence. Unit restored to full operational status with normal cooling cycle and proper airflow.

Installed Fujitsu Airstage outdoor condenser units on exterior brick wall for classroom HVAC system. Mounted units with proper brackets, ran refrigerant line sets with foam insulation vertically along wall, and installed electrical conduit with appropriate routing to connect power and controls to the condensers.

Extended drain lines for rooftop HVAC units using white PVC piping with properly spaced green support blocks to elevate and secure the lines above the roof membrane. Installation completed with appropriate mounting brackets to ensure proper drainage slope and prevent ponding while protecting the existing roof surface from damage.

Performed mid season maintenance. Confirmed operation on all units. Changed filters. Note that one Roof Top unit is still down for AC due to broken condenser fan blade took out condenser coil, other fan blade, the motor support brackets and possibly the both condenser fan motors. Will provide pricing for repair and replacement.

Try to tighten the union on the steam trap to see if it stops leaking

Arrived onsite for no heat from two hanging warehouse units. Performed diagnostic and found a fault in the air movement system. It did start for a moment after tapping the motor but then failed. Recommend replacing motor and fan blade.

Roof has water penetrating near recently installed hvac piping and wiring. There is nearly an inch of water covering the entire roof. could not determine exactly where water may be penetrating. as a precaution; we will come back when the water dissipates and apply silicone sealer around the area. And then test for leaks.

Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired steam boiler and one fas fired baseboard boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of both boilers. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartments. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as automatic water feeder, fill valve, backflow preventer and pressuretrol.

Arrived onsite for leak test on rooftop AC unit. heating maintenance of 1 boiler, 1 heat strip, and 4 rooftop units. Performed leak on unit that previously diagnosed with low refrigerant in an no AC service call. Upon arrival measured 0 psi for refrigerant on circuit one. Pressurized system with nitrogen heard leak from condenser coil. Upon investigation found the condenser fan blades broke off its rivet. Sliced the coil open, broke a fan motor bracket, and the damaged the other condenser fan blade. Recommend replacing coil, motor mount bracket, and condenser fan motors. Will provide estimate for repair.

Cycled and confirmed operation of the circulator pumps, cycled the burner and confirmed that the pilot valve is working correctly and that the main burner is properly igniting. Allowed the boiler to run up to the preset temperature on the aquastat of a 170° and confirmed that it shut down. Allowed the wzter temperature to cool down and verified that the burner properly cycled back on. The boiler and burner are operating properly.

Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for R22 at 60/90psi with 21 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 43degrees. Measured temperature drop at 16 degrees. blew out condensate line. Performed efficiency test utilizing MeasureQuick. System running but may be slightly low on refrigerant.

Arrived on site for no Cooling on the rooftop unit. Opened up the rooftop unit. Notice that the switch of the rooftop unit was not fully on. Forced it to go down to off and then flip it back on unit started up but then shut down. On the control board reason for shutdown was because compressor number one was on low pressure. Put on field pieces to check pressures on unit. Pressures were zero. Have to schedule a leak test,something blew.
