Evaluated extensive copper piping manifold configuration, expansion tank, circulator pump, and zone valves throughout the heating distribution system. Diagnosed system failure affecting both space heating and domestic hot water production. Performed necessary repairs to restore boiler operation and verified proper function of all heating zones. Tested domestic hot water heater connections and confirmed adequate hot water delivery. Cycled system through complete heating cycle, verified circulator pump operation, checked expansion tank pressure, and confirmed all zone valves responding appropriately. System restored to full operational status with both heat and hot water functioning normally throughout the residence.

Cleaned electric panel. Changed all filters. 2-20x25x4 . For the Coleman condenser in front of the building, no power to the unit from the Generac box. Inspected the box found the voltage control system engaged but not voltage passing to the condenser. Recommend contacting an electrician. Found Honeywell thermostat with low battery alert. Replaced with new batteries and still observed low battery indicator and alert. Possibly a fault in the thermostat.
