2-4 arrival or after 5:30; New customer- Says he accidently turned on the heating system when he meant to put on the cooling system last night with the nest thermostat but quickly changed back over and then apparently turned on the heat later in the night. By this morning, the house was 67 degrees and the temp. is not picking up. He says it is hot air, central air system. He is aware of the diagnostic fee. You may be meeting with his wife if before 5:30.
