Job Locations and Reviews

Arrived onsite found two front RTUs locked out. Power reset both system and they started cooling again.

Greeted customer upon arrival. Customer led me to attic and also thermostat that controls AC. Turned on the AC to see the condenser power on and it did. Full disconnect of condenser to wash condenser inside out. The watch condenser down with water and chemical. But condenser back together and plugged in the disconnect. Condenser powered on again put on field pieces to check pressures. I went to attic to look at the air handler. Took out filter of air handler and customer offered to wash it down it was a reusable/washable filter. What temperature probes in to check the difference in the temperature, Peak at 13 degrees. Pressure of the unit was fairly low on the high side. System was pretty low on refrigerant, offered a recharge or an estimate for another day of the same week, customer preferred to take an estimate instead of a recharging the unit. So customer status a pressure of the unit customer knowledge and signed off.

Arrived onsite for no cooling from front two RTU systems. Observed thermostats showing both systems calling for cooling. Went on roof for diagnostic. RTU 1 was not on. Confirmed call for cooling. Compressor was warm and ac came on and measured good pressures. RTU is cooling. Went to RTU 2; compressors warm. System initially off but came on after reset. Measured good pressures. System is cooling

Arrived on site, located store manager. Store manager directed me to units, two units are in a HVAC room/closet and the one rooftop unit( not on the rooftop) is located behind a store. Who was informed rooftop unit having four filters, it has six, two of the filters that need to be changed are going to be in front as soon as you pop off the panel to access filters, the rest of the four that are behind them are new. The units inside of HVAC room those two filters have been changed.

Seasonal maintenance for (1) split system up to 5 ton cooling capacity, either roof or ground mounted Includes replacing of standard fiberglass air filter (pleated higher performance filters can be added at an additional cost) , includes replacing blower belt (if applicable), grease or oil bearings, chemically clean the condensing unit, clean the condensate drain line, check operation of all safety devices, check operation of operating controls, check all motors, compressor and refrigerant charge, visual inspection of the duct system.

Replaced the failed evaporator blower motor for the warehouse package unit, remove the entire blower assembly and dismantle the motor and wheel, mounted the motor bracket to the new motor and reset to the wheel and adjusted the wheel depth. Bolted the housing into place and confirmed that the wheel and motor are tight, performed all of the required wiring and started the system. Confirmed that the motor is rotating in the proper direction, the unit is now operating again.

Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Removed condenser top and removed debris. Chemically Cleaned outside coils, measured pressures for 410a at 113/275psi with 9.9 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 73 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 21 degrees. Cleaned and blew out condensate line. Changed 213 media filter provided by homeowner. System running as it should. Performed dryer vent cleaning.

Arrived onsite for no AC service call. Also discussed the basement furnace ductwork. Performed diagnostic on the AC system, found the system low in 410a refrigerant with the indoor coil freezing up. Estimate about 75 percent low on refrigerant. 3.5 ton system with 10 pounds of refrigerant. Used electronic leak detector inside and outside but it did not detect the leak. Inside coil is rusted and likely to be source of leak but could not determine. Attic crawl space will require floor boards for repair or air handler replacement. System could possibly be under warranty. Will contact Lennox during business hours. Then provide next steps to the homeowner.

Upon arrival found at thermostat did not have a display. Shut down system on the roof. Removed old heat exchanger and collector box. Installed new heat exchanger, collector box and inducer motor closed up system. Try to turn it on still is not getting any display on system. Need to have service technician come out and check out system.

Received a call that the store is not properly cooling, upon arrival I found that the temperature in the store was 77° on all four thermostats and they are all set for 69°. I went up on the roof and checked out the units: The front left unit was locked out on a high limit error code. I went through all of the safeties and reset them, I was able to get the unit to come back on again. I recommend replacing the safeties on the heating side as this is now the second time we've had no cooling due to this. The front right unit was operating at maximum capacity and is cooling properly.

Air duct cleaning refers to the removal of dust and contaminants within the ductwork

Arrived onsite for heating issue. Performed diagnostic and found a fault in the combustion sensing system. Homeowner agreed to bandaid repair and signed up for Elite Partner plan for 1 heating and 1 cooling maintenance. Performed heating maintenance. Cleaned burners and blower cabinet. Homeowner recently changed filter. Measured heat rise and performed combustion test. System working as it should. Homeowner would like April cooling maintenance and possibly Duct Cleaning with microbial spray. Note homeowner does experience allergies.

Arrived onsite for maintenance on 5 roof top units. Confirmed operation and changed all filters. Checked belts and electrical. Added screws to several door panels that were falling off. All system working as they should.

Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired high efficiency boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone. Turned the boiler off and removed heat exchanger cover. Cleaned heat exchanger. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. Clear condensate lines. Confirmed system is operating and heating properly at this time.

Arrived onsite to repair RTU #2 fuel deliver system; and for RTU 3 warehouse unit: complete ignition rejuvenation. RTU 2: removed faulty part. Installed new gas valve, rewired the new gas valve, and confirmed operation of the system. RTU 3: removed faulty parts. Installed new igniter, installed new flame rectification system, installed new ignition control system. Connected all wires and confirmed operation of the system. All 5 RTU’s for this location are functioning for heat.

Arrived onsite for no heat service call. Upon arrival found system disabled. Gas valve at the unit was turned off. Thermostat wire was disconnected. Molex plug to the control board was removed. Reassembled system and was able to get it to fire up. It took some time for the ignition control to start. This could be due to sitting for so long. Recommend updating ignition system. Spoke briefly with contractor for the building and explained my findings. Will provide estimate for repair or replacement of the system.

Arrived onsite for heating repair service on two RTU systems. Unit 1: repaired fault in combustion system and fault in ignition system. Confirmed operation of the heating system. Unit 2: Repaired fault in combustion system. Repaired fault in voltage conversation system. Repaired fault in wiring. Confirmed operation of system. May have found fault in the fuel delivery system. Recommend repair. However heat is functioning at this time.

Arrived onsite for no heat service call. Found the system off due to electrical issue. Power not reaching the unit from the electrical panel. Replaced correct breaker. Recording less than normal line voltage. Determined there is a fault in the neutral wire back to the panel. Recommend an electrician run a new wire to the furnace and look over the electrical panel.

We recently completed a high-quality boiler installation to ensure our client’s home stays warm and efficient this season.

Arrived onsite for maintenance on one high efficiency gas fired boiler. Turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone. Turned the boiler off and removed burner cover plate. cleaned the burner and wiped cleaner the burner compartment. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. Cleaned igniter and flame sensor. System working as it should.

Arrived onsite for a service call due to water leaking from the basement HVAC system. Found the indoor AC coil frozen with the condenser operational, but the indoor blower fan not functioning, which caused the coil to freeze. After recycling power, confirmed the blower fan and heat are working. Blew out the condensate line as a precaution, though no clog was observed. The system is soaked and needs time to dry. Instructed staff on how to restart the system, and advised them to contact Climate Plus if the issue persists.

Arrived onsite to address no cooling issue from the RTU. Performed diagnostics and found high and low pressure switches and refrigerant pressures operating normally. Discovered that the condenser fan motor was running backwards. Attempted wire adjustments and used a new test capacitor, but the motor still started slowly and ran backwards. System requires a new fan motor, fan blade, and 10uf capacitor. Will contact supplier and provide an estimate for repair.
