Arrived onsite for leak on recently installed boiler system. Homeowner noticed rusting on a valve…clean the valve but noticed the leak was from an 45 degree press fitting 3/4 inch above the valve. It was the slightest of drips. Cleaned the piping and repressed the fitting. Confirmed the leak had stopped.


Arrived on site for maintenance. Customer stated no issues with any unit. Turned all 3 heads on, removed filters and washed them out. Washed down condenser with water. Put filters back and and checked for temp split.


Arrived on site for no Cooling. Customer led me to air handler condenser and thermostat. Set thermostat to cooling. Saw the air handler and condenser power on normally. The temperature difference inside the house was 10° different. Went outside to the condenser and check pressures and pressures were a off, with high pressure getting to 300. The unit has a closed coil so can't check for piston or TXV. Can't check the evaporator coil since there is no access. Filter has not been changed and or washed for over 2 years. Washed out the filter outside with the customer's hose. Washed out condenser with chemical and water. The pressures of unit got significantly better after washing down the unit. The cooling inside the house went up to 17° difference. Customer stated they feel the cooling more efficiently now and acknowledge the updated information of the unit, signed off.

Arrived onsite for cooling/heating issues to the back bedroom. Went through all the zone controls and supply duct work to confirm operation and no air leaks. Found one manual damper to living room area reduced the air flow there to balance out zone 1.


Refrigerant is used in an air conditioning system to help create the cool air and remove humidity. Due to leaks, system repairs or annual testing additional refrigerant may need to be added.


Arrived onsite for cooling issue; system randomly freezing up. Performed diagnostic. Check 410a refrigerant levels; possible low charge issue. Also sub cooling fluctuating. Low high-side pressure. Lower liquid line pressure. Charged unit to nameplate manufacturer requirements. Sub cooling stopped fluctuating but is on the high side of acceptable.


Arrived onsite for ac Tuneup on 1 system. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside coils, measured pressures for phased out R22 refrigerant at 68/240psi with 27 degree superheat with outside temperature at 90 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 8 degrees. Performed efficiency test utilizing MeasureQuick. System running but not cooling effectively or efficiently. System is running nonstop to keep up.


Arrived onsite for issue with AC system. Recently installed. Performed diagnostic using measure quick app. System possibly low on coolant. Decided to add a bit of refrigerant to see how the system responded.


10-12 arrival: EPP 1C customer noting that the back bedroom is not cooling as well as the other rooms in the house. May need balancing. After 2-5 Laura will be dealing with clients but she said her boyfriend will be there also anytime before then Laura will be available.


Arrived on site for no cooling. Went to attic to check on evaporator clothes, everything was fine metering device is a piston. Inserted temperature probes to check the difference in temperature different temperature peaked at six degrees. We're outside to check pressures on condenser. Pressures of condenser we're in range for low and high side, although superheat was pretty high. Suction line temperature was a bit High did notice that there was no condensation on the suction line. Offered customer a recharge to their unit, customer refused and wanted their usual technician over instead to ask more questions since that technician is more familiar with the unit. We will try to get that technician in as soon as we can but for now Customer was aware of their status/ update and signed off.


Arrived on site for no cooling. Customers stated that the unit turned off on Tuesday. They went to the thermostat and went on mowed and turned it off and then back on, unit kick back on. Ever since customer had zero issues with the unit turning on. Went up to the Attic while the unit was calling for cooling opened up the wiring panel and check all the wiring. Unit was receiving its appropriate to 40 every wire was nice, type, and snug in there. Went outside to check the pressure of the unit, pressures were fine. I went inside and put temperature probe into the vent to check Delta. Temperature difference peaked at 16° difference. Customer did state that at one point from coming from outside they were expecting the house to be nice and cool sort of like a ice wall but upon entrance it was just cool enough to be comfortable.

Air Conditioning Repair: Located and repaired small refrigerant leaks at flare fittings using leak detection tools. Vacuumed and recharged the system with the correct refrigerant amount according to manufacturer specs, restoring strong, consistent cooling and improving energy efficiency.


Arrived onsite for no cooling. Turned on ac system. Heard the blower motor come on. Looked at the attic air handler and check emergency pan for condensate water leaks. Did not see any. Went to the outside ac condenser. It was not on. Checked electrical. Cleared dirt and cobwebs from components. Confirmed no voltage to the outdoor unit. Checked circuit breaker. It was tripped. Reset breaker. Labeled breaker and showed homeowner.


Arrived on site for no cooling in living room. Other rooms had 15 degrees difference. Checked duct work in attic, a flex came off. Put flex back onto supply, and used a duct tie to secure its location.


Arrived on site for leak through ceiling issue. Went upstairs to the Attic to find out the leak. Saw the emergency condensation pan full to the brim over following. Used homeowners wet vacuum to suck up all the water, about 20 to 22 gallons of water. Used hose to siphon the water out of the wet vacuum from the attic. Left emergency pin empty. Found the door for filter hanging off by some pieces of tape. Put the door on securely and added tape around the edges. Float switch was found outside the condensation pan. Blew out the drain pipe of the condensation , felt some resistance but then no resistance after being blown out. Put three bottles of water inside the evaporator condensation pan to check for leaks. Two leak spots were found from the evaporator coil pan. Informed customer about the leak in the evaporator coil condensation pan. Told homeowner that they can use AC but the pan is going to fill up maybe a month maybe a couple days it all depends on the weather / humidity.


Arrived on site for driving cleaning. Connected extension cord from front of the house to around the right side of the house to connect portable compressor. Use compressor to blow out the dryer vent. Went inside to turn on the clothes dryer to help clean and push everything out . Went in and out the dryer vent about 4 to 5 times to ensure everything was clean.


Arrived on site for maintenance. Customer stated no issues with unit as of late. Customer led me to the Attic. Checked out the filter, filter was pretty dirty. Checked out the evaporator coils and the evaporator pan everything was clean. Brushed out the p trap from the condensation pan. Turned down the temp on the thermostat to keep condenser running. Condenser outside was running fine. Disconnected condenser Washed down condenser. Plugged condenser back in. Checked out the pressures of condenser. Pressures were low, superheat was to high and subcooling to low, air handler has a piston as a metering device.

2 temp. ac units


Arrived on site for maintenance. Customer stated no issues with any unit. Turned all 3 heads on, removed filters and washed them out. Washed down condenser with water. Put filters back and and checked for temp split.

Arrived onsite for warranty repair of Daikin control board and reversing solenoid. Confirmed no operation of the system upon arrival. Performed test on system after starting the system. Confirmed over 20 degree temperature drop cooling in the master bedroom. Ran master bedroom on its own and with entire system running. System maintained over 20 degree temperature drop. All zone cooling. The system never went into heating mode. It consistently starting in cooling. Found basement unit set to heating mode but it was powered off. We can watch out for this in the future as I don’t believe Daikin system provides simultaneous heating and cooling feature. System working as it should now. Will continue to monitor with homeowner for future issues.

Arrived onsite for maintenance and possible low refrigerant. Performed maintenance. Cleaned coils inside and outside. Washed filters. Performed diagnostic; utilized measurequick app and determine system is low on 410a refrigerant.

•Upon arrival, greeted the customer and reviewed the scope of work. Customer directed us to the location of the existing units scheduled for replacement. Prepared the workspace with protective measures to maintain cleanliness and safety. Disconnected power to both the indoor and outdoor units. • Recovered refrigerant from the old outdoor condenser in accordance with EPA regulations. Verified all system operations and ensured proper cooling functionality.

Arrived onsite for no cooling service call. Follow-up from previous appointment. Went through the system. Measured supply temperature at 66. Used measurequick diagnostic app to determine possible low refrigerant also possible restriction or bad EXV. Determined from dealer that system is discontinued and no longer supply replacements. Homeowner elected to try adding refrigerant to buy himself time. Add refrigerant and system responded. Supply temperature now at 48 degrees with a temperature drop of 30. Suction temperature up to 116. Home is cooling.


Greeted customer upon arrival. Customer lead me to air handler, condenser, and dryer vent. Changed filter. Check air handler's coil, lightly dirty, sprayed cleaning chemical on the coils. Put in temperature probes inside ductwork to check Delta. Delta peaked at 18°F Washed down Condenser with just water. Cleaned out dryer vent, dryer vent was clogged. Customer stated no issues with unit. Updated customer on status/information of unit. Customer acknowledged, and signed off.

Joe was excellent and came out, as promised, 8:15 at night and explained options, possibilities and some history on our unit. Unfortunately, the units problem seems intermittent and will require a follow up service call as it was up and running while Joe was here.
