I chose Climate Plus, LLC to replace my broken 10 years old AC. Jack spent quality time explaining me the different options of the AC products which helps me of making an informed decision among the various choices I considered. It helps me justifying the price point when considering the long term benefit of product such as energy savings, wear and tear implication of the equipment based on the type/ engineering perspective, filtration efficiency. Their team who came in for the installation did a clean and nice job, and efficiently complete the job in the same day. All in all, quality product and quality installation.

They came to my house the next day after calling them. I had water on the floor we figured it was from the condensation tray. But they sent an inexperienced person, he could not take to cover off of my AC unit to inspect the tray. He did not even take the drain tube apart, he just cleaned out the end of the tube, and they called that flushing out the unit. I have a pump on the drain hose ans they drain the water out of it. And charged $265. I feel like I was over charged for a partial flush.

The technician, Jack, was very friendly and professional. He came to tune-up our air conditioning system and explained what he was doing at every step. He took pictures of the system and showed us the issues we should monitor. I would not hesitate to use Climate Plus again or to recommend them to a friend.

A great experience today, we woke up with no heat, called Climate Plus and fortunately they had Jack, our service person, close by. He came to the house, evaluated the problem, went out to secure the correct part, came back to the house, put on his booties and quickly replaced the part and had the heat pumping. 100% satisfied from start to finish. Climate Plus installed a new a/c system for us. They were very helpful and informative from the beginning to the end. Joe was very knowledgeable and personable. Remove the gas valve screws to check the pressure of gas on the gas valve from the intake and the manifold side. Inserted temperature probes and static pressure probes. Took the pressures of the unit and everything of the unit was fine. Remove the flame Rod Center and cleaned it thoroughly and placed it back where it belongs. Check for the appropriate voltage on the power coming inside to the unit, everything was fine. Check the voltage between the power of the board and transformer, everything was fine. I have to removing all of the troubleshooting and maintenance equipment off of the unit insured proper functionality of the unit by turning it back on, unit ran fine.

Arrived onsite for failure in the ignition system and fuel delivery system in the heating system. Pilot light continues to fail regardless of sensor replacements. Installed ignition control system. Wired new ignition control system to boiler control, also to fuel delivery system and wired to the electronic spark ignition system. Performed gas leak test on all the fuel fittings. Confirmed operation of the system. Everything is working as it should.
